Loewe Invisio – Transparent TV

TV’s have come a long way since they were first introduced to households in the 1950’s. We’ve seen black and white pictures evolve into color. We’ve witnessed big screens morph into flat screens. We’ve even seen smart TV’s that are capable of doing everything our computers can. Now, we have transparent TV’s. Yes, that’s right–TRANSPARENT.

Several companies are currently investing resources into this new technology but it’s Loewe that’s leading the way. Michael Friebe is the genius behind the German company that has began to manufacture concept designs of transparent TV’s under the moniker “Invisio.” There are even rumors that they are collaborating with Apple to finally release an Apple-branded television set. Before you know it, we’ll be able to get these TV’s here in the US and I, for one, am extremely excited about it.

I can’t imagine what sort of things Apple will be able to do with a transparent television. The TV would simply be amazing. With all the great technology and creative gadgets Apple has released, this would trump them all. Can you imagine talking to Siri through your transparent TV? Or Facetime? How about searching the web on Safari? The possibilities are endless.

This TV is really a work of art. Since it’s see-through, it can literally blend into whatever room you place it in. With its sleek and sexy looks, this TV will make any room 100% better. One of the great things about this TV is that it can stand alone or be mounted onto a wall. Nobody will even notice it until you turn it on because it’s made almost entirely out of glass and doesn’t even have plastic borders like regular TV’s.

If you want something dapper for your home, this is it. When it’s released in America I’m sure it will a hot seller and it will add a level of sophistication and chic to any room. But, don’t get excited just yet. The TV is still in the concept stages and there is not timetable as to when it will be available for us common people. However, if the Apple rumor turns out to be true, you can expect these bad boys to be released pretty soon.

You can bet your bottom dollar that John Dapper will get their hands on one of these when they’re available and we’ll let you know all about it. Until then, let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope that Apple and Loewe can work together and get this thing done!
