2013 Volkswagen Golf GTI Cabriolet

The recently unveiled Vee-Dub features a 207 horsepower, 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder motor that pushes the convertible to 60mph in 7.3 seconds with a top speed of 147mph. This might not seem fast when compared to most cars, but keep in mind this is the fastest GTI convertible ever. If you’ve driven a VW GTI, you know how fast this little ride truly is. The Cabriolet will be available in European dealerships on June 22.

  1. The 2013 Golf GTI cabrio edition is expected to come equipped with a standard electro-hydraulic drive, which opens the top in just around 9.0-seconds and can be easily operated while driving at maximum speeds of up to 30kph.
