What’s A Good 10-Minute Workout Before Going Out?

A 10-minute workout can get your blood flowing and help take your confidence to the highest level.

This isn’t a new idea, but it’s something many people still fail to do. It really doesn’t take long and you can finish this workout in less than 10 minutes. Not only does your blood flowing help your body look great, it has also been proven to sharpen your mind. This workout will have you looking and feeling great in minutes.

The way we are going to accomplish this is with Push Ups because they are a great overall workout. Push Ups work your arms, back, chest, shoulders, and core. If done nice and controlled, you will get all the benefits of the Push Up in less than 10 minutes.

Follow this quick and easy regimen and you’re on your way to looking and feeling great. I normally do it just before taking a shower and before going out on the town. Try it out and see what I mean.

Push Ups

One set consists of a Wide-Grip Push Up, Shoulder-Width Push Up, and a Diamond Push Up. When done with one set, start the next set with what you finished with (Diamond, Shoulder-Width, or Wide-Grip).

Form is the most important thing when doing Push Ups, not how many you can do. Nice and controlled is the way to go.
